Rules

FOR YOUR SAFETY AND HEALTH AS WELL AS THAT OF OTHERS, PLEASE OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING RULES:

The Lazy River hours are from 10:00 am to 06:00 pm. Night swimming is not allowed.
The hotel does not have lifeguards, the use of the water park is the responsibility of the user.
The hotel is not responsible for accidents caused by unsafe acts and/or negligence of the guests.
The care and safety of minors is the responsibility of their parents and/or responsible adults.
Please keep your children under constant supervision.
Maximum depth 30 cm.
The use of the water park is exclusively for children.
Maximum weight 65 kg.
It is not allowed to form human chains or unions with other users, jump down the slides or stand on the course.
They must launch themselves down the slides lying on their backs and with their arms crossed at their chests.
Diving head down is not allowed.
It is not allowed to remain playing or resting inside the slides.
It is not allowed to stand, kneel, change position or stand up inside the slides.
Forbidden to enter the pool with exposed wounds.
For your safety, glass cups are not allowed in the water park.
No running or diving allowed.
Take care of your belongings, the hotel is not responsible for their loss or damage.
For hygiene reasons, food and drinks are not allowed inside the water park.
For hygiene reasons bathing with clothes is not allowed. They must wear swimsuits without zippers, buckles, rivets or metal decorations.
Exposing yourself to the sun or swimming under the influence of alcoholic beverages and/or medications can be harmful to your health.
In case of emergency, dial “0” from the nearest telephone.
Pets are not allowed inside the pools.
Out of respect for our guests, the use of portable audio equipment is not allowed unless they are for personal use and with headphones.
The use of waterproof diapers is mandatory for children under 4 years of age.
